Every game fair.
Every player mixed.
RallyRoster draws who plays with whom, on which court, game after game. Rests are shared, partners rotate, nobody sits beside an empty court, and the last game ends before the hall has to be clear.
One app for every racket sport played in pairs
From a crowd at the door to games on court in under a minute
No spreadsheets, no shuffling names on paper, no arguments about whose turn it is to sit out.
Tick who is here
Your club list is already on the phone. Tick people in as they arrive, and add a guest in a couple of taps.
Randomise
The whole evening is drawn at once: everybody plays as near the same number of games as the courts allow, with as many different partners and opponents as possible.
Put it on the big screen
Show the courts and the match clock full screen, or on a TV. Everyone sees where to go next, and the buzzer tells them when.
The things that actually go wrong, handled
Designed and tested on a working club's sessions, week after week.
Everyone gets a game. Everyone gets a mix.
The draw spreads partners and opponents as widely as the numbers allow, shares rests out evenly and spaces them apart, and keeps rematches as far apart as it can.
- Play with everyone before partnering anyone twice
- Rests go to whoever has played the most
- A spare court becomes a singles game rather than a bench
Somebody has not turned up? One tap.
Mark them as not here and a resting player steps straight in. Nobody else moves, so nobody walks off a court they are already standing on.
- Late arrivals join from the next game
- Short of one? The court plays two against one
- One tap brings them back when they arrive
The last buzzer lands before the hall has to be clear
Tell it when you have to be out and how long it takes to pack away. It fits the games to the time left, and keeps adjusting as the evening runs.
- A match clock and a break timer, readable across the hall
- A warning before the break ends, so people get to their courts
- Run to the venue's wall clock if it is a few minutes out
Everything a session organiser asked for
Pairs and keep-aparts
Fix two people together for a drill, or keep two apart. The draw follows them where it can.
Levelled games
Choose games where stronger and newer players are grouped, so everyone gets a good game.
On a TV
Plug an Android phone or tablet into a screen and the board and clock go up there, while you keep the controls.
Music that ducks
Your own music during games, quieter in the breaks, and turned right down whenever the buzzer sounds.
One club, many organisers
The player list, your logo and session history are shared by every organiser's phone and tablet.
No signal? No problem
Everything runs on the device. When there is a connection it catches up; it never needs one on the night.

Good to know
Do we need wifi or signal at the venue?
No. The draw, the clock and the board all run on the phone or tablet. If there is a connection it keeps the club list and history up to date; if there is not, nothing changes on the night.
Which sports does it work for?
Pickleball, padel, tennis, badminton and table tennis, and anything else played in pairs on courts or tables. It draws doubles first and uses a spare court for singles when the numbers are odd. Choosing your sport changes the words on screen and the usual game lengths.
What if somebody arrives late or has to leave?
Mark them as not here and a resting player takes their place for the games still to come, without moving anybody else. Mark someone as arriving late and they join from the right game.
Can we show the courts on a TV?
Yes, from an Android phone or tablet connected to a screen: the board goes on the TV and the controls stay on the device. Showing it full screen on the device itself works everywhere.
Can we play music during sessions?
Yes, on the Club plan, from music files your club supplies. The app never provides music. Playing recorded music where people can hear it usually needs a licence, and your club is responsible for having the right one; the app shows the notice for your country before music can be set up.
Who owns our players' details?
Your club does. The player list is only used to run your sessions, it is kept on servers in the EU, and you can delete it, or your whole club, at any time.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your club carries on with the free plan. Nothing is deleted: your pairings and settings come back as soon as you subscribe.
